The following scan is from a Seventh Air Force News newspaper on January 1, 1969. It is one of the few news article from my time at Danang. I remember this night well, we were getting low on flares and ammunition and the bomb dump folks were really busy. Another person and I headed to the bomb dump with a crew cab 4WD Dodge pickup. We filled the back of the truck with ammunition and the rear seat area with boxes of flares. We made three trips until the folks from the bomb dump delivered additional munitions. "

I do not have the date or source of the following scanned news article about Danang that I saved from my time there. "

Another scan of an article I do not have the date or source of. This article references five aircraft . Information I have seen on websites states there were four aircraft assigned to Danang but I recalled five aircraft but thought perhaps time had had an effect on my memory. However, this article affirms that there were five aircraft at Danang - at least in this point in time. "
